A clear process. Your final say.

Five steps from first conversation to a presence that keeps working. You’ll always know what’s happening, what we need from you, and what comes next.

The five steps

  1. 01Week 1

    Discover

A structured interview about your work, audience and goals.

    You
Fill in a short intake form and join a 45-minute interview.
    We
Study your field, your current presence and how peers present themselves.
  2. 02Week 1–2

    Define

Positioning, one-line promise and a voice guide — in writing.

    You
Review the positioning document and tell us what feels off.
    We
Write your one-liner, bios, key topics and a short voice guide.
  3. 03Week 2–3

    Build

Your website and profiles, designed as one system.

    You
Send a photo (or book a shoot) and approve the drafts.
    We
Design and build the site, rewrite profiles, set up templates.
  4. 04Monthly plans

    Publish

Content goes live on a schedule — only after you approve it.

    You
Approve drafts in a shared document; publish or let us schedule.
    We
Research topics, write and design posts, publish on agreed platforms.
  5. 05Every month

    Improve

Monthly review of what resonated, and a plan for next month.

    You
Skim the monthly summary and share anything new from your work.
    We
Report honestly on what we published and what we learned, then adjust.

Approvals, access and ownership.

Approvals

Every draft — website copy, profile text, every post — comes to you in a shared document first. You approve, ask for changes, or reject. Nothing is published without a clear yes.

Revision rounds are listed on each package so expectations are clear.

Access & security

We never ask for passwords. Where platforms offer delegated access — such as admin roles on a LinkedIn Page or Meta Business access — you add us and can remove us any time.

For personal profiles, we prepare posts for one-click publishing or use a scheduling tool you connect and control.

Ownership

Your domain, hosting and accounts are registered in your name from day one. Once paid for, the website and content are yours to keep — whether or not you continue with us.

We only show your work in our portfolio with your written permission.

Reporting

On monthly plans you get a short, plain-English summary: what we published, what got a response, what we learned, and the plan for next month.

We report honestly, including when something didn’t work. We don’t dress up vanity metrics.

What we’ll need from you

The more you share, the more it sounds like you. You don’t need to prepare anything polished.

  • A short intake form (10 minutes)
  • One 45-minute interview about your work, clients and goals
  • A recent, good-quality photo — or we’ll recommend a photographer
  • Links to anything you’ve written, presented or been featured in
  • Your employer’s social-media policy, if you’re employed
  • Time to review drafts — usually 15–30 minutes at a time
