One-time packages (Brand Website, Digital Identity)
- Before work starts: cancel for a full refund of your deposit.
- After work starts, before you approve the first draft: we refund 50% of the deposit and send you what we’ve produced so far.
- After you approve the first draft: the deposit is non-refundable; the final 50% isn’t charged if you stop before launch.
- After launch: no refund, but included revision rounds still apply.
Monthly plans (Brand Presence, Brand Authority)
- Within 7 days of the first payment, before any content is published: full refund of the first month.
- During the six-month minimum: the plan can be ended early by paying 50% of the remaining minimum-term months. Months already paid are not refunded, but we deliver all content for those months.
- After the minimum term: cancel any time with 30 days’ written notice. No further charges after the notice period.
- If we can’t deliver an agreed month’s content for reasons on our side, we refund that month’s fee pro rata for undelivered pieces, or deliver them in the following month — your choice.
Third-party costs
Domains, hosting, paid tools and advertising are bought by you from those providers and are governed by their refund policies, not ours.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 working days of being agreed.
