These terms apply when you buy services from GoLiv (“GoLiv”, “we”). Your written proposal sets out the specific scope; if the proposal and these terms differ, the proposal wins.
1. Services and scope
Packages and their inclusions are described on our pricing page:
- Brand Website — ₹4,999 one-time.
- Digital Identity — ₹9,999 one-time.
- Brand Presence — ₹4,999 per month, 6-month minimum (total ₹29,994).
- Brand Authority — ₹9,999 per month, 6-month minimum (total ₹59,994).
Work not listed in your package or proposal (for example extra pages, extra platforms, video editing or redesigns) is out of scope and quoted separately before we start it.
2. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, materials and approvals in reasonable time. Delivery timelines start once we have your inputs and pause while we wait for them.
- Make sure anything you give us (photos, logos, text) is yours to use or properly licensed.
- Follow your employer’s policies and any professional rules that apply to you. Tell us about them.
- Tell us if anything we’ve drafted is inaccurate. You are responsible for the final accuracy of content you approve.
3. Approvals and revisions
Nothing is published without your approval. Each package includes a stated number of revision rounds (one round = one consolidated set of changes on a draft). Additional rounds are available as an add-on. On monthly plans, a piece not approved within 10 working days of delivery may be rescheduled to the following month.
4. Content pieces
On monthly plans, the number of content pieces and how each format counts is defined on the pricing page. Unused pieces do not roll over unless the delay was caused by us.
5. Payment
- One-time packages: 50% before work starts; 50% before the website goes live.
- Monthly plans: invoiced monthly in advance; work for a month starts once that month is paid.
- Third-party costs (domain, hosting, paid tools, advertising, photography) are paid by you directly.
- Tax: GST is not currently charged. If GoLiv becomes GST-registered, applicable GST will be added to future invoices and we will tell you in writing first.
6. Minimum term and cancellation
Monthly plans have a six-month minimum term. After that they continue month to month and either party can end them with 30 days’ written notice (email is fine). If you need to stop during the minimum term, talk to us — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how we handle it.
We may end the agreement with 30 days’ notice, or immediately if a request would require us to publish misleading, unlawful or infringing content. In that case you pay only for work delivered.
7. Ownership
Once paid in full, you own the website content, the design files made specifically for you, and the content we create for you. We keep ownership of our underlying reusable design system, templates and code components, and grant you a permanent, non-exclusive licence to use them as part of your website. Your domain, hosting and social accounts are in your name and always remain yours.
We may show your work in our portfolio only with your written permission.
8. Account access
We never ask for passwords. You grant access through official delegated-access features or approved scheduling tools, and you can revoke it at any time. We use access only for the agreed work.
9. No guarantees of outcomes
We guarantee that we’ll deliver the agreed work with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee search rankings, inclusion in AI-generated answers, follower numbers, reach, enquiries, revenue, job offers or any other outcome that depends on third parties or platforms.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under an agreement is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for changes, outages or decisions made by third-party platforms.
11. Confidentiality
We keep your non-public information confidential and use it only to deliver your services.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We’ll always try to resolve disagreements by conversation first. The courts with jurisdiction will be stated in your proposal.
