What counts as one content piece?

One piece is one platform-ready post. Richer formats count for more, so “20 pieces” always means the same thing.

  • You approve every piece before it’s published. Revision rounds are per piece (one on Presence, two on Authority).
  • Unused pieces don’t roll over — unless the delay was ours.
  • Video filming and professional video editing aren’t included; Authority includes scripts you can film yourself.

Payment, cancellation & tax

  • One-time packages: 50% to begin, 50% before your website goes live.
  • Monthly plans: billed monthly in advance. The 6-month minimum is shown as a total before you commit.
  • After the minimum term, plans continue month to month. Cancel any time with 30 days’ written notice.
  • Domain registration, hosting, paid tools, photography and advertising are paid by you directly, in your name.

Tax: GST is not currently charged. If GoLiv becomes GST-registered, applicable GST will be added to future invoices and we will tell you in writing first.

Domain & hosting: not included in any package. You buy them in your own name so you always own them; we help you choose and set them up.

Common questions about cost

Are there any costs beyond the package price?

Yes: your domain name, hosting, and any paid tools or advertising you choose, which you pay for directly in your name.

A domain typically costs a few hundred to around a thousand rupees a year, and simple hosting can be free or low-cost; we'll recommend options before you buy anything. GST: not currently charged; we will tell you in writing before that ever changes.

Why is there a 6-month minimum on monthly plans?

Because consistency is the point, and research, voice-building and planning take a few months to pay off.

We show the total upfront (₹29,994 for Brand Presence, ₹59,994 for Brand Authority) so there are no surprises. After six months, plans continue month to month and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.

How do payments work?

One-time packages are 50% to start and 50% before launch; monthly plans are billed monthly in advance.

We'll send a written proposal with scope and payment details before you pay anything.

What counts as one "content piece"?

One platform-ready post: a text post (up to about 300 words) or a single-image post with caption.

Richer formats count differently. On Brand Presence a carousel counts as two pieces; on Brand Authority it counts as one. The full table is on the pricing page.

Do you work with clients outside India?

Yes. Our published prices are in Indian rupees; for clients outside India we confirm a quote by email.
